PuppyWalking home from the bus stop, I hear barking from my house. Did I get a dog? I get inside my house it was cold outside so it felt very warm and cozy. My dad says, “How was your day”? I say, “It was hard”. Dad says, “Well than I don’t think you want to see it”. Yes I do I say. Than guess my dad replied. Well the first thing I replied is a puppy. A black lab puppy starts coming down the hallway! We got a cute cuddly black lab puppy! I felt I had more responsibility on my shoulders, but felt loved even more. He comes up to me and I pet his soft, silky fur. I asked what is his name? My dad said Tug! My sister gets home from gymnastics and said I want to name him Gauge. Every one agreed Gauge is a better name. His name is now Gauge. My puppy is almost 1 year old. His b-day is January 18^th. Now he is Accompanied by our 12 year old black lab Keeper. Gauge is one of our family now. That is my highlight of 2007.
